Um, I actually worked in that kitchen before you, and Im finishing up my last week right now actually. So you'll just be doing the basic job of feeding any night customers coming in for food and drinks, and that's about it really. A problem we have though is the lack of food variety. So there are these guys who would come in and have a ton of food. All we have left is fried rice and spring rolls. Yeah so if there is anybody you'll be seeing this first week it is definitely them. I know the lack of other staff may be Overwhelming but hey. It is just them coming here, and usually no one else. Don't worry too much about it. You'll be fine. They do order a lot, but I'm sure you can handle it. Just make fried rice and spring rolls and you're golden. Oh, and of course after they are done with everything just leave the plates neatly set by the sink, they can be cleaned by the others, no worries.
