hi everyone, glad to share with you guys,what I've learned here in Italy, and I felt so amazed about it,we ilocano's considered the squash flower/blossoms as an edible and they are too.
so in this video guys I wanna prepare a traditional food,A squash flower recipe,fried squash flower,its easy and simple.
ingredients:
squash flower
150 grams all purpose flour
1tsp salt a pinch of baking soda
170 ml sparkling water
olive oil for frying
