This pack seeks to recreate the tones from a Friedman HBE with all the mod's - Hairy Brown Eye, Brown Eye, C45, Fat switch, Saturation and Gain cut. The pack contains profiles from the HBE (Hairy Brown Channel) channel, whichis the high gain channel of the amp. A 1972 Marshall cab was used for the profiling process.
There are seven different amp settings, with 6 different mics per setting, giving a total of 42 profiles in a range of tones and gain. Microphones used: Vintage Shure SM57/Unidyne III, Sennheiser e609 Silver, Heil PR20, MXL 144XL Ribbon, Audix i5 & Audio Technica 4030.
RU-vid Shorts are a "short-form video sharing platform", content maybe between 15 to 60 seconds long (or... short!). Is this really a great format for review videos etc? I don't know but it's a fun challenge; to make as much as possible out of those precious seconds. And most of the reviews shared in this format are also available in a long form video; a link can in that case be sound here in the video description! (The Genz Benz El Diablo has not been featured on Have Guitar before.)
