If I had a better mouthpiece (I have a 3C) and I let my chops rest for a few days may be I could hit it. I can usually hit a double F# with kinda rested chops and my 3C so it may be a possibility for me, I'd have to try it though.

I’m currently a freshman, and I can (on a good day) go as high as a D. Since sixth grade G and above has always seemed harder to play. But recently I’ve been able to play G and A easily.

Long tones help a lot. I’m currently a sophomore in high school and my range usually goes up to an E above and double F# and I got there by long tones and lip slurs in the higher register

Just keep practicing! The hardest thing for me when I first started playing the upper register was being relaxed while playing. Being tense just makes everything more difficult.

Think of yourself screaming the high notes with your voice and it will transfer to the trumpet. Works for me. Oh, and practice this 800 times.

I'm not quite sure; I've been trying to figure it out for some time now... For a typical turn, I believe you'd go from a D to an E to a D to a C to a D (1 open 1 open 1), but I'm not sure what notes he's playing here for it. The DEDCD sounds fine to me, though.

Think of the turn as sort of a pair of "E D" grace notes but they're not meant to be exact. You simply lip the flip with that sort of sound in mind.
