I search for and I think is episode 15 of the season 3. I don't remember the epsiode, I think Monica didn't know the meaning of the sentence. It was a joke Phoebe or Rachel did to her :) Oh by the way if someone don't know the meaning of " Voulez vous couchez avec moi ce soir ?" it means "Do you want to sleep with me tonight ?"
yeah i completely agree!! and you are right about italian and spanish,i was considering that too but i think that if i can learn italian AND french than learning spanish wouldnt be much of a problem becaouse as you said it they have a lot in common ^^
I do ^^ (I won't answer to those hateful comments anymore because I'm so tired of them...but I'm french and I'm happy to see that there are still english-speaking people who are not prejudiced against french people for no reason whatsoever)
@sunnyweather both Lisa Kudrow and LeBlanc speak fluent French, and both have B.A's from major universities yet played the "dumb" characters. It is hard to play stupid and make it believable.
I think I've read somewhere that Lisa Kudrow's husband was french, that explains why she practised so much and so well ;) She has a very good accent ! Oui oui !
Friends are THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!! I am croatian and i know how to speak english but i would really like to learn french and/or italian....i learned english when i was around 3 years old so i hope that i could learn a couple of other languages ^^
@friends45160 Actually, there "aux Buttes Chaumont" is more the district around the garden than the garden itself, so there are still many stores there. Moreover, the park is way older than the poster, wich according to the style might be from around the middle of the 20th century, while the park was built in the second half of the 19th century... Hope this could help, sorry my poor english...
je parle aussi français et d'origine aussi mddrrr mais ça fait plaisir de voir les autres qui apprennent jour après jour des mots des phrases des citations .... :D
il y a aussi une affiche avec écrit "les mystères de New-york" dans l'appartement de chandler et joey. sinon c'est marrant d'entendre monica demander ça en français.
Ok, cool, en plus c'est clair qu'il faut mettre au courant ceux qui ignorent que certaines expressions françaises, sont encré dans la langue anglo-saxonne. C'est comme nous en français avec week-end ou brunch...
hehe i lived in quebec for 2 years so i knew how to speak french~~ but now forgot most of it xD buttt i loved french~~~ i wish i could still speak it fluently
@heylixir Réfléchis... ils allaient pas mettre dans la VF "il faut que tu apprennes le Français!" par exemple alors qu'ils parlent déjà français dans la VF...
to deadmanschest99: French is only spoken in 1country? How much did you get for your geography before? If it was spoken only in one country, then what would the languange spoken in Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, large part of Africa and some parts of Carribean be then?
