You need WinRAR in order to play the game. You said your computer wouldn't let you open the file and that's probably why. I think WinRAR cost like... $30-$40. Somewhere in that range.
Instead of pressing F to kill her in the cutscene, you should have to constantly tap F to resist killing her. If you can't tap it at a high enough frequency, Yandere-chan's impulses take over. That seems more fitting of the scenario.

At first i was confused on why Kokona called her Yan-Chan, since that would imply she knew her nickname Yandere chan, which isnt a title that sounds that innocent, then I realized it worked because A- *yan*-o.
"pack your bags, darling, we're going to America!" that tape with ayano's mom and her tied up dad explains why ayano is all alone in her house. they're overseas. this cutscene is connected to that tape

Any person would have called the police. Fortunately, for Yandere Chan, Mr. Ronshaku does not get the idea of calling the police when informed his daughter has been kidnapped -.-

I love how Ayano says "Free *all of your clients* from debt" as if she cared about everyone else in the same situation other than Kokona's father. It gives you a glimmer of hope that maybe, just maybe, she might have sympathy and kindness deep in that heart of hers.
She probably did it because if she just asked for Kokona's father's debt to be freed, then he would know they were related to Musume being kidnapped and report him to the cops.
I honestly didn't know it was a choice to not kill Kokona. I can't get the game myself and everyone ive watched do it doesn't give a second thought about pressing F. I figured if you waited to press F, it would just stay in that one moment of Yanchan standing over Kokona.
I really like the idea of befriending Kokona. You could also implement a mechanic in which she helps you win Senpai's heart in some way. That could create a unique 'fair play' ending for Yandere Simulator, in which nobody needs to get 'physically' hurt. Giving it a different angle would be a good idea for people who don't like harming others.

It's nice to see how much you can really decide for Ayano to become evil or being able to get over her own inner yandere and act like a normal girl. I like how it's not fixed for her to be a 100% killer person. Of course she's not a 'nice' girl either way but it's you who can decide what she really is. Who she really ist. That way maybe she could really make Senpai go for her instead of having to force him. I wonder, will there ever be a moment in which the girl will NOT accept your request? Like you haven't fullfilled the criteria to make her say 'ok' and she will refuse until you've reached that moment? It would be fun if every rivals has a unique criteria meter and some just require one good deed but others will have you do several things for them until they finally accept it, depending on their person. xD But oh well.. I know you already have a lot of ideas in store. ^.^ So time for me to sit down and try not to be overcome by excitement.
Then Mr. Haruka would have even worse problems than being in debt, because Yan-chan's mom is just as yandere as she is. It'd probably be a relief to her dad though...
