The best thing about the story is that it's honestly believable, I can imagine the final sonic game being something like this, eggman has enough of losing and kills everyone, the whole game would be just trying to get to eggman before he kills a character (eg going thru angel island to save knux) only to always barely be too slow. The final character would be tails and then this games story with the saviour ending plays out... Let's hope sonic goes for a long time so that we don't ever experience that..

The normal ending doesn't quite make sense. It implies Sonic died of fall damage, which is impossible. Edit: Same thing with the saviour ending. SONIC IS IMMUNE TO FALL DAMAGE

@@Mariozaney Technically, the fall should've killed him if he landed on the plane, but he didn't. So Tails didn't need to, but it was either courtesy or just making life easier, for 2nd one at least. The 3rd was because of the Master Emerald. Edit: Proof - In Sonic Advance 2, Sonic made it down from space with precious cargo "Vanilla", and took no damage whatsoever, even without the Tornado.

Hold up, i thought Tails cant die? Also there gotta be a good ending where sonics fast enough to stop eggman from killing Tails, also that seems excessive of eggman, he usually doesnt kill, he just captures.
