friendships & loneliness 

i have really struggled with friendships & loneliness in my life; especially in my 20s.
i always wondered what was wrong with me… why i never seemed to be able to make and maintain friendships.
i thought it was just me. i was under the impression no one else (especially my age) felt the same.
but since putting myself out there and “owning being lonely” i have made such beautiful connections and friendships with people i never expected.
i am unbelievably lucky and grateful for the beautiful people i now can call my friends.
this is your sign that loneliness doesn’t last forever and you will find your people!
