It was awfully nice of Cleo to blast-proof Jevin's storage, and provide security, because that's what friends do.

In past seasons Cleo was certainly around, but lately - especially since Last Life - Cleo just feels more "present". Like she's less of a Hermit who occasionally interacts with others, and now more of a core part of more stories. Just wanted to say that her presence and interaction and activity on the server is the best it's been in years. Whatever special sauce is being used is the right mix 👍

I love the obligatory (and no doubt heartfelt) compliments on iJevin's building style this season after plastering his stuff in obsidian, that's what makes Hermitcraft so good!

the continued escalation of you and jevin's prank war delights me. he will learn not to mess with you! (and we will all be wildly entertained in the process.)

I love how X enters this storage room that's completely covered in obsidian and goes "Floating candles!" lol

Uh oh Cleo is going full "Fun Evil" you can tell by the laugh. And were approaching Halloween I think were going to see why everyone is slightly scared of Cleo and I cannot wait.

This war between Jevin and Cleo threatens to engulf the entire server in carnage independent of the revolution against the crown. Their intensifying strikes will eventually result in other hermits taking strays and we could devolve into another civil war just based on prank vengeance.

You’re slipping into dangerous territory here, Cleo. Once you form teams to help you do bigger and bigger pranks, things can escalate quickly. I’m sure you’re up for it. Still……ask Beef about Team Canada sometime.

You basically added the finishing touches to his Halloween decorations, the base is ready for Halloween now. You're a great friend!

I will NEVER, EVER get tired of hearing Cleo laugh

I don't know if I'm just unused to watching these with both earbuds in or if Cleo genuinely tweaked some settings, but the audio when Cub & X start talking feels different. A lot more... Directional? Echoey?? Idk but it's very fun and immersive, nearly dropped something when Cub started speaking from directly behind me lol Speaking of audio, the music used in the Deep Dark with the actual Warden is EPIC... it was absolutely worth it watching these shenanigans a third time, after seeing them from the Wranglers' POV ^^

It’s not really an escalation, but to be seasonable, you could fill his base with spiders

Perfect place for the obsidian, what better place than directly in his storage room? And this way he doesn't have to hunt through his chests to find it!

it takes a lot of courage for jevin to continue his prank war against cleo considering several hermits including doc of all people consider cleo the most intimidating hermit. if somebody like doc, the hermit who created a creeper shooting cannon and a netherite destroying arrow finds somebody intimidating, you know that starting a war against them might not be the wisest idea

You know what would've made the revenge better? Adding an Elder Guardian ~20 blocks under the base. Low enough to not be targeted by the Warden, yet high enough to still give Jevin Mining Fatigue around the base >:D

the only way to make this even more brutal..... add a guardian..... slow mining + warden friend = move base time.

That escape room looks crazy! I kind of want to skip the videos when people play it so I can try it myself whenever the world download happens, but there's another part of me that doesn't want to wait that long

Btw Cleo, If you still having problem with fps near the nether hub then you can turn off particle in the setting to reduce the lag. That is usually how I fix it

Love escape rooms esp when the hermits play them. Not that they do so much escaping but what fun to watch the panic. Jevin really doesnt know who he's messing with I don't think so he's never played 3rd life, last life, or double life even Etho is careful not to make Cleo mad. Love you Cleo and nothing in this message made you upset right because if so I apologize greatly and it was unintended and hope you have a marvelous day. Always good to start with some pranks

I was wondering where/how exactly you stored/trapped the Warden. I thought maybe you were going to seal it in the intention in the middle of the room. But just a sheer wall of Obsidian covering his entrance is great too.

7:00 Jeez, the Nether Hub has big Boatem energy, doesn't it? And that's on Cleo's professional content creator hardware... In the S8 world download, Minecraft just flat out _softlocked_ the moment I exited a nether portal into the Boatem area (had to delete the save and reinstall the S8 world to be playable again), I'm terrified what the S9 world is gonna do to my poor computer 🙃

"I'm not sure I can make a mini game for the charity event" Proceeds to whip out the coolest eeriest interactive minecraft lab I've seen

Your half of the collab shirts looks so good! It's such a fun matching shirt idea you and Jevin did. :D The escape room also looks like a lot of fun. Hopefully it goes smoothly (the tests and the real thing)!

if you can get impulse and docc on your side you will have most the best redstone people for pranking and could do a series of noise machines hidden throughout jevins bases

Imagine - Your escape room inside of Vintage Beefs zombie apocalypse server game as a bonus level for loot.

A problem with the prank for Jevin is the the interior of the place was too big, so he could make a hole in the obsidian widout the warden detecting. Maybe it would be interesting if you made a box with the warden inside that he would have to be in range of it to be able to break the obsidian.

Out of curiosity, what would you have done, ZombieCleo, if Jev had been planning for your retaliation and already had a trap/prank set up to spring on you when you entered his base? i.e., if he'd rigged it in some way to be hazardous to you (or anybody who doesn't know his secrets to approach safely)? I know it's all fun and games, but there's still competition in the prank wars, and I wonder what happens if somebody steals a march in them. Incidentally, you're in a snowy biome, right, ZombieCleo? If so, I have a thought for such defenses: How do you feel about necromancy? A few guard towers with strays guarding the approaches and the work-points, with some redstone to seal them up when you're home and don't want to be shot at, could be quite the deterrent.
