Frieren “Beyond Journey's End” Episode 17 & 18 (+OPENING 2) REACTION/REVIEW 

Fern and Stark are fighting like a old married couple. It’s crazy and I like it

The new intro is really beautiful and you noticed well how it focuses more on the present and future, as opposed to the old one. Fern being angry at Stark, as usual, is so hilarious. Poor guy never figures out what goes wrong and Fern is relentless! Gorrila Warrior and Goatee Priest became so popular and that's just because of Sein's friend spreading the word during his adventures, it was so heartwarming to see Sein finally deciding to go after his friend. Frieren taking care of Fern, the flashback to Himmel holding her hand to comfort her - cuteness overload on the spot! Kraft saving the bandits from Ubel was quite the little revelation. He saw right through her. We've been introduced to so many new characters in episode 18 and they all look really interesting at a first glance. Those little Stille birds being so overpowered is such a funny turn of events but at the same time, it showed us more about Lawine and Kanne's backstory, how they help each other grow. The first time I watched the new ending, onion-cutting ninjas that were covered in dust and pollen who were playing the first 10 minutes of Up invaded my house.

The ending video is heartbreaking🥲 Freelen grieving quietly in front of Fern's grave...

The girls: The opening song is no longer focuses on Himmel. The song's lyrics is literally about Himmel. 😅
