Frieren 2024 Must-Watch Anime! Part 1 Santai Je E05 

My fav animu of 23/24! You guys hit the nail on the head with your comments on the story, characters, attention to detail, as well as the animation. Unlike you guys, I am a semi-manga reader😅 ie beli manga in continuity w/ the last episode in cour 2 (which led to buying the earlier books as well 💸). I have a comment on the description of the animation quality especially wrt the frames per sec/fps argument - IIRC TV anime is done in 12 (or less) frames and doubled (2x same drawings) making it 24 fps. I understand we see all these 60fps vids on YT but these are just fans using downloaded segments of an anime through a video editor. Also if you think about it - beribu drawings kot klu nak 60 fps even if it is for a segment of a battle scene. I am not talking bad stuff about MADHOUSE but there’s this great video essay by The Canipa Effect (sorry, klu letak link YT tak publish the comment) a channel which IMHO not a palatao creator who explains how MADHOUSE managed to get Frieren done this good. Another place is the blog for the SAKUGABOORU channel, which also talks about the Frieren phenomenon. I am no sakuga expert but kinda love watching/reading stuff like these. And just to add, I love Evan Call’s score for Frieren. I note your collective dislike for the OP/ED 😅 but I love milet’s Anytime Anywhere as I watch these series for the feels (and mata kuyu Übel) more than the aptly placed fight/battle scenes. /Tammat
