FrieslandCampina Pakistan Mega Farm at Nara 

FrieslandCampina Engro started Dairy farming in Pakistan in the year 2006 through a pilot effort of only 100 imported animals. Prior to this there was no concept of commercial dairy farming in Pakistan. With the intent to fulfill the increasing demand of milk, FCEPL initiated the development of a mega dairy farm.
With the success of the trial farm initiative, FCEPL formally kicked-off mega farms in 2008 in the areas of Nara located in the precincts of Sukkur and Khairpur cities which is today known nationwide as Nara Dairy Farm.
Today, Nara Farm stretches across 220 acres and houses more than 6000 animals. In FCEPLS’s modernized milking facility, the milking process is exercised with all best prescribed health rules and regulations.
The milk produced at Nara is in line with international standards because every single milk producing cow is subject to an extensive process of monitoring with a strong emphasis on its health and nutrition.
