Yeah but that makes sense because Frieza was made the ruler by King Cold himself so he had to create fail safes(his weaker forms) to prevent as many accidents as possible to make him more fitting ruler. Cooler didnt need to do any of this so he could just stay in his true form all the time making it natural to him.

@@khalildz1552 Strongest potential, but he doesn't train all that often. Meanwhile Cooler puts in a lot more effort, so yeah, he's probably earned an Ultimate Evolution at this point. Heck, you don't even have to look at Heroes to see he can get one. In Xenoverse 2, his Ultimate Evolution in the Time Rift matches Meta Cooler in appearance.

Cooler is not stronger than Freezer. Ssj Goku basically defeted cooler advanced form with just one punch. Even assuming Goku had a senkai in that movie after defeating freezer, it was still too easy for him

Cooler never said that frieza had the edge over him. Just the Golden Form was the edge. Some history of both you seem to doesn't know about. The 4th Form is the normal Form they where born in. Cooler never needed the surpressed forms like frieza because his natural talent was just to Big. Frieza on the other Hand needed the surpressed we call 1th- 3th forms because he wasn't able to Controll his power. Thats why King Cold loves him the most because he is not that talented like cooler. Thats the Pain frieza allways has thats why he is hot headed and thats why he hates bis Brother so much. When i Talk about talent it is the look in there own spezies, for other Spezies frieza is much talented but in his own he is not, cooler is the talented from both. The 5th or first Transformation he has is the reason. Nowone in his Spezies ever reached this Form only him. And like goku said it in the first cooler movie the 5th Form of cooler is double the power of 100% frieza. And if cooler reach a God Form like frieza did with the Golden, cooler would have double the Power frieza can reach.

The ssj Form goku had in the first movie ist the trained one, not the first get one against frieza on namek. And he stated in that movie that cooler has in his 5th Form double the Power freezer has in his 100% Form. And consider this, at that time the movie where made the ssj Transformation was based on emotions not on sayjain cells like today. Like they sayed in the 2th cooler movie the much angrier you get the more powerfull a ssj is. Emotions are let to the ssj Transformations not some stupid cells. It is even stated in many sources that cooler is in fact stronger than freezer and allways where. I must admit that the old movies back then where not very consistent on it's own. If they where cooler in his 5th Form should be as strong as ssj goku or even stronger. But sadly the movies are not that consistent in itself, like todays db movies. Maybee these movies where to keep the fans in check till the next saga is released. The movies where not to be made as canon at all. They where just to keep the fanbase in check till the next Saga started. Like the same they do today when a anime season ended, they make a movie to see if there are still enough interest in it too continue the anime. Sadly they done it back then not as good as today like i sayed the movies are not consistent in itself.

But you can definitely make the argument that Perfect Cell has infinite 3 dimensional power because not only it's stated that his power is infinite, he was also stated to be a threat to the universe which is stated in numerous guides and in the manga to be infinite, he's comparable to Shin who created infinite planets as said in the Daizenshuu, and he is also stronger than and absorbed two Androids that each one of them has infinite energy

I’d argue that the problem now is there’s nobody strong enough for training. However I think he mentioned that he trained in Hell before TOP, so I don’t know anymore.

Examples being Turles whose the counterpart to saiyan saga Vegeta, yet having a power level comparable to first and second form Frieza. All movies take place in the same continuity so we can assume the same even with featless films.
