Frigidaire Gallery Code SY CE 

What we found when our refrigerator went on the fritz. A bad capacitor caused the error message "SY CE" to come up after the fridge failed to start up multiple times. That code means either loss of communication, bad control board, or bad control panel from what I've read. another video led me to check the capacitors and found a bulging one so took a shot at replacing it with success. it has been running now for a couple weeks without a single hiccup.
