My family is moving to Frisco from Minnesota this winter! When we visited we loved how the community and environment resembled our hometown here. I’ve lived in Minnesota my whole life and have never gotten used to the harsh cold winters haha
The schools are great because of large Asian population. Plano wast senior high and jasper junior high are top ranked (much more competitive). Frisco schools are newer with different style.
Amazing. Frisco was just a little farm town back when I lived in Plano during the 80s. Then again, Plano was about 70,000 population back then. I got a ticket in Little Elm. The Judge had long hair and blue jeans and there was a dog running around the courtroom. I wonder if that ever changed?

Plotting a move to Dallas from NC this December, and I'm loving all of your videos. Is it possible to do a neighborhood breakdown based on price? I know it's a seller's market, and prices are high. But I'm looking for the best neighborhoods for a single with around a 300-310k budget. Lol
@@Andre-qc9nb realtors only get money if they sell a house. Just like you only get money if you go to work. How else do people make a living? Also they get money not from you but the seller of the house. It's called commission.
Frisco and Plano are so close, you can live in one and enjoy the other. The 121 and DNT intersection is where all the action is. That’s made up of both Frisco and Plano.
Hi! I am planning to move to Dallas and we are looking into The villages- upper east side apartment located past highland park area. Would you recommend this place?
Both cities are relatively close to each other and look similar too.. After driving around doing errands, shopping, eating out ect...you won't realize which city you're at.
Moving to the DFW area within the next month or two. Wife will be working in frisco and I’ll be in Kaufman. Not ideal but trying to see what location gives us the best shot at a not so difficult commute. We thought maybe rockwall area but not sure. Would love to hear your thoughts on it. Prefer a slightly shorter commute for my wife but open to anything. Thanks and appreciate the videos
The suburbs are way better in every way housing, more safe, more affordable then Dallas, plus it’s only 20-25 minutes away so if ur job is in Dallas it’s not that far.
