After a few months, do you still love it? I am having a lot of issues with free chlorine non existent and too much chlorine as well. Cloudy and very smelly water. We are now draining the spa and will probably ditch the frog

So you use it but it isn't working? Ours just broke thanks so it being thrown out of the tub by my children and I am going to buy another. We have loved it and it's the cleanest our water has been after having hot tubs for 5 years. That is frustrating if it isn't working for you!

Both halves of the suet s contain chemicals. Blue = minerals gray = smart chlorine. Both get replaced at different intervals.

Did you have to buy a special filter for it? I have a masterspa balance 7 and a friend said it needs a special filter

We didn’t buy a special filter and it’s working great!

Do you have to replace the blue side? or just the grey side? How often do you replace the blue side?

@EverythingEllis yes you absolutely do need to replace the blue side! When u replace the gray side on ur 4th time u do the blue one as well
