Feels like an OG Midrange deck from 8 years ago. Brings a tear to my eye. I wonder if you could cut something for Thralls gift; adds flexibility as well as an extra frog.
I have Thrall's gift in one of the versions of the deck, good into aggro but worse into control. The Growfin is the flex spot. Depends what you face on ladder! - GrayPirate
@@edwardel-hoyek5412 Does the "extra" lightning storm not help against aggro? Or is it just too slow? I had a feeling Growfin was the worst card in the dack.
Fr it's like they looked at Yugioh and stole all the worst aspects of it without understanding why it's fun (toolboxing) Without extremely specific tutor cards the player isn't rewarded for creating a specific synergy on the spot from searcher cards. Instead Hearthstone just made every card insanely strong advantage and tempo generarors that create new randomly selected cards. The wrong kind of strong, because the player isn't rewarded for making a complex plan to deal with the current situation. Nah they are rewarded for topdecking the giga busted legendary they spend 1600 dust on, in a deck with 6 mandatory legendaries. It's pay2win gambling.
Yugioh: Oh card F and card G would clear this board and draw me an extra card. If I somehow could get card E that could fetch me F... hmm I do have A.. if I sacrifice that for C I could use their B to make it into D which grabs F from my deck!!" Hearthstone: "This card is ACDF and this other card is BCG. Let's hope I topdeck or discover one of them :DDD"
As always, your decks are very entertaining. I actually had a reasonable winrate with a similar build. In the same vain, I've been lately having a lot of fun with pirate rogue, that for some reason has avoided the meta despite of how good it is. This is my build, I would love if some of you give it a try and provide some feedback. The deck anihilates all control builds, even warrior, and does pretty well against anything that doen't swarm you. Pain Warlock is a bit complicated, but you end up having so much face damage and they self damage so much that I'd say is an even matchup. Have fun, people.
