"Onions, potatoes, pork are taken (slightly frozen, so that when you cut it into strips, it was hard, like potatoes) everything is cut into strips (like French fries) then you make batter, in batter additives: salt, pepper to taste. Then all that is cut, pour into the batter, and mix. (the batter should be medium, not liquid and not very thick, you will understand by the look,) when everything is mixed, you heat the oil, vegetable, you can in a cauldron or a saucepan, and then with a tablespoon, take portions like small cutlets, so that everything is evenly, onions, potatoes, and pork, and gently release into the oil, and wait until ready, you can sometimes turn it over, cook until golden brown. You can throw several pieces into the oil at once, as many as will fit, so that they float, but not too tightly. And when they become golden in color, put them on a plate, serve with sour cream, and there are only freshly prepared (preferably), you can then of course warm up, but the taste will not be the same. "
