Todd Nepola is the President and Founder of Current Capital Group, a commercial real estate investing and property management company. Todd started out as a stockbroker in the 90's and at the age of 25 he invested everything he owned into his first commercial real estate property. After Todd acquired his first property he was hooked and went on to buy hundreds of millions worth of commercial real estate. In this podcast, Todd walks us through his early years/career and gives out the framework anyone can use to start investing in real estate. I just started real estate school and I’m working on becoming the top 10% I’m in NC and it’s competitive but I’m willing to find me a real amazing mentor.Coming from the nursing field I know I will become successful in the real estate business!!!Like Todd just said and I tell my kids “It’s not what you know , it’s who you know”!!!
