Rachel Jouvet comes to share her story on domestic violence. She recounts her suffering, her appeals, her fears, her hopes ... She tells how she was able to overcome this ordeal. An extraordinary, and at the same time, ordinary story. A message of hope and support.
After having pursued a degree in business, Rachel Jouvet became a professional actress in various companies in Brittany. She is also an activist, fighting against violence against women and more generally, for the rights of women. In collaboration with Loic Choneau, psychologist and co-founder of the Quidam Theater Company, she will bring her story as a woman and victim of domestic violence to life. They co-wrote the play "I Want You to Be Perfect." The play uses memories to tell the story of meeting a man, the birth of their child, and the indifference of institutions. She shares her suffering, her appeals, her fears, her hopes, an extraordinary and at the same time, ordinary story. Every two days, a woman dies from blows inflicted upon her by her partner. In France, one out of every six women is subjected to domestic violence.
