I love LV, Gucci, Prada. Trust me girls, these branded things just give a boost to your ego and confidence to show people you have money, class, style, taste to show off to people around you (you are higher than them). After sometime, it's just nothing, luxuries eventually lead you to depression because nothing excites you anymore. Hope you all discover your True Souce of Happiness & Enlightenment. PS: Your LV stuff is damn kool BTW.
My take is a little different here. Luxuries do not lead to depression unless you make these things your entire identity. I have been in a position to buy these things easily for a while now and could’ve bought a lot more of LVs and Pradas much earlier if all my happiness was attached to them or if my only intent was to show the world how rich I am. Yes, they do give momentary happiness but true happiness doesn’t lie in material things and I’m well aware of that. I’ve been tremendously happy even without this bag. I only consider such things small rewards to remind me of how far I’ve come, they remind me of my roots and my journey. A bag doesn’t make a person higher than others or add class to their personality, their attitude and mindset towards others does. Here’s hoping everyone gets to do everything that makes them truly happy. ✨
