I didn't notice how much he liked her till in rewached the whole 1st season I thought he was jus flirting with her as jokes but he actually liked and nobody noticed.

Susannah (jeremiah’s mom) was so partial like jere is also her son but she always prioritized conrad over everthing and seriously that is a bit annoying. She never supported belly and jeremiah’s relationship. This pisses me off.

everyone says Jere only liked Belly after the glow up. I disagree. here's why: Jere stayed home with Belly in previous summers when she needed him. he canceled PLANS for this bitch. before he even realized she was going to come back looking how she did, he was already making plans to try to include her. when they do the iconic bellyflop, Jere can be seen giving Belly a look. not a bad one, but Con was also finally showing happiness. Jere can be seen defending Belly in many ways. in the gas station at the end of season 2, while Belly is in the bathroom, Jere asks Con : "do you still -like her-? because -I do-. -I liked her and I had never stopped-. everyone says he said like, because he didn't really love her. but here's why he said like and not love: he wanted Belly to be the first person he used that word for. if he said love, Con would've been more likely to lie about his feelings Jere does love Belly. not just in the physically affectionate scenes, but he also defends her from people like Con and the other deb's talking shit. hashtags: #teamjeremiah #teamjellyfish #teambelly #ANTIconrad
I disagree: 1: When Jeremiah and Steven made fun of belly, Conrad always stood up for her and didn’t make fun of her. Examples: In the past, when they were kids, Conrad helped belly with dancing and didn’t make fun of her. Another example: When Belly and Cam kissed during dinner, they made fun of her but Conrad didn’t 2: Conrad was always there for belly Example: At the carnival in the past, when they were kids, he hurt her feelings so he tried to make it up to her by getting her a stuff animal Another example: When he broke up with her at the prom scene, he spent a WHOLE summer trying to tell her that he still loves her. Another example: When Jeremiah left belly at the ball scene, Conrad stepped in and danced with her so she wouldn’t be alone 3: Conrad respects belly: Example: At the end of the season he just let them be together because he respects what belly wants Another example: When they pulled up on her first date and made fun of her Conrad wanted to go because belly wanted to be alone in the date. ALSO: Jeremiah only did like her when she had a glow up because in the beginning it says like I never felt this way before about her, I just wanted to kiss her. Most of the successful relationship's are soulmates and best friends for life I would be attracted to Conrad's mysterious life but I end up dating Jeremiah
I love Jeremiah, but I think being older makes you realize Conrad is the right choice. And not because of Jeremiah cheating on her. She’s the one who overreacts and break up with Conrad when he’s pulling away from her when he’s losing his mom, and he definitely doesn’t handle it well either. They both needed to grow up to come back together.
