Dr VB Arathi is one of my favourite orators in Kannada . Good that she is being called in to other langauge podcasts . She is really good -and shaped my young adulthood through her discourses in TV .
I am close to 80 and have nothing but admiration and best wishes for you to inspire the eager, avid, determined but misguided youngsters of our beloved Sanatani Bharat to learn, understand and carry forward the essentials of the Hindu Dharma to every corner of the globe. My hats off to you.
Mam, you are close to 80 , this itself is a great accomplishment. Your admiration and willpower will always pay you. I am also close to 50. Thanks, for your valuable advice and suggestions. May God bless you with peace in your life journey. 🎉.
Every youngster in India needs to listen to Dr Aarti ! She outright does away with all misconceptions. Pray and hope that your voice corrects the minds of the younger generation and make them understand Sanatana Dharma
Amazing podcast.👏👏👏👏 should be shown to children in schools & colleges other than elders / parents.it is very enlightening and we all as Indians/ Bharatiyas irrespective of gender caste religion should listen to this unbiased. Arti Madam is a treasury of knowledge 👌👍✨We would like to see more such podcasts on our epics too 🙏
Arti madam's speech is aweinspiring. Our youngsters and specially the young girls need to know that we are born with responsibility. There is no fatwa here. It's advice. Parents do have the right to advice.
Dr. Arati is from Karnataka and is an outstanding orator in Kannada language, she has a very deep knowledge in its right perspective on Sanathana Dharma, our itihasa Ramayana and Mahabharata, Vedas, Puranas etc. She has debunked many anti Sanathana narratives created by an eco system here in Bharath. We have lived through for centuries between the most venomous snakes around us and have survived thats the beauty of Sanathana Dharma - which can never be destroyed because it isn't a "Religion" as perceived or portrayed by the same ecosystem. ಡಾಕ್ಟರ್ ಆರತಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅನಂತಾನಂತ ಧನ್ಯವಾದಗಳು 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 IF YOU HAVE NOT - PLEASE INVITE SHRI DUSHYANT SHRIDHAR FOR YOUR PODCAST Jai Shri Ram 🌺🌺🌺❤️❤️❤️🌸🌸🌸
Absolutely true. What a beautiful, profound and spiritual speech. 🙏🏻 Indian women should be proud of Sanatana Dharma and their cultural heritage, everyone has its own space and rules, a beautiful, spiritual culture. I am from the West but decided to go to India to find the Truth. So grateful for ever. Don’t follow the West, freedom is not doing what one wants to do. Follow Sanatana Dharma. 🕉️
Wow, I literally made notes from this insightful podcast😅..... .I am not only proud but also responsible for my culture and its right understanding and presentation among people n me....also I am proficient in Hindi language, and doing my effort to make it binding language instead of English, as it easiest and most cordinative of all Indian languages and will take less time n effort to propogate easily throughout India. But will learn Sanskrit n other Indian languages❤..(cz all r mine)
Wow wow !! my humble pranams to Dr VB Arathi. Got many points to discuss with my kids. I find it is always challenging to bring up your children as Indians when some of us live outside the border. And now children need proof for everything to believe us. We know that we were ahead of our time long time ago...but now, when it comes to medicine, why our aayurveda is failing to cure diseases? We see so many failed treatments where patients are turning to Alopathy . Should We not show our suprimacy more practically but not in a history?
I feel proud, blessed and prosperous having this kind of thoughtfulness in the people in our country.. May it flows ahead.. May it grows and breez..and gloom always 👍🏻🌷
I am proud of such a scholar in Bharath for which we must feel elated and emulate her scholastic acumen. I pray God to produce such learned the women in India to educate our people.Real Vidushi of ancient Bharath.
Dr. Aarti is a treasure trove of wisdom. In Mahabharata, Manipura was not the modern day Manipur but somewhere between Orissa and Andhra. Uloopi’s son is worshipped in Tamilnadu :)
I have become a fan of Dr. V B Arathi. Such a great orator with a profound knowledge of Dharma , Mahabharat and Ramayana and wonderful historical stories of great queens and matriarchal and patriarchal systems. She spoke of British system who did not allow womento be in high stature. The oldest scripts come from Bharatam. Indeed amazing podcast. I think I can listen to her endlessly. Be Indian by spirit ,; not by Aadhar card. What is the use of aping? We need to have vaicharika pravrutti. From Bindi to Vedanta....excellent talk...worth introspection❤🙏🏻
100% agree with the guest on most matters! Undoubtedly, Bharat has had a glorious past not only spiritually but also materialistically speaking. But, I’d like to point out the stark disconnect between how people lived in the past versus what the Indian society has currently become! Children of today are not so foolish (there are always exceptions everywhere) so as to not see the disconnect and pose questions that are haunting them. But, are the parents equipped to answer ? For example, would Indian parents teach their children how to make good decisions in their life versus making those decisions for them?! Parents are driven by so much ego that they cannot let go of control. Everything must be done for the sake of keeping face in the society, especially, everything a woman does has to be in a way that does not spoil her marriage prospects. Where is the scope for experimentation, trial and error? Are we allowed to take risks? Can Indian moms handle failure of their kids? They’re so strongly identified to everything in the material world that they cannot even let go and surrender to the divine! So, you see Hindu philosophy teaches surrender, letting go, and accepting the Maya so we learn our karmic lessons, and that every individual soul has free will and only comes through a womb - how many Indian parents can accept this that their children are NOT their property especially the girl child?! There are so many horrors in the Indian society (happening within families) that we’re pushing under the rug here. I’m talking about the emotional violence happening within families in the name of so-called relationships, extended family, culture, traditions, and honor. Are the so-called Vivahas of today the same as the Vivahas of the past? Are sexual/romantic/emotional/intellectual compatibilites taken into consideration while arranging marriages today? If couples are unhappy in a marriage, can they easily come out/face the society in a middle class family?! There’s also physical violence and there are honor killings (NOT talking about the Islamic community), for example in Tamil Nadu when people want an inter-caste marriage, they get murdered by their own family! I’d say we’re still firefighting, so many current issues need to be addressed first. Otherwise, we run the risk of becoming irrelevant and outdated. How can Indian history and spirituality be relevant and useful to the current generation (in their current environment) is a great starting point, in my opinion. We need to acknowledge the weaknesses and horrors of our current society first, cannot cherry pick! I believe there’s hope for Bharat! 🙏
Thank you. Enjoyed the satsang. One thing must be acknowledged - We allowed the invaders to rule, loot, rape ! So we can pass on lessons learned. Where did we go wrong ? We allowed them to divide us further, which made it easy for them. One good thing - Sanathan Dharma cannot be destroyed, it survived all attacks thus far.
I appreciate you, great lady, so much. Love results in bliss, peace and harmony. Obsession with sensual pleasures is not a love. Your teaching may help many youngsters to live better life. May God love you more!!!
Beautiful conversation especially starting at about 25 minutes. I’m lucky to have been at a school where the sports-houses were name Maitreyi, Bharavi, Kalidasan and Gargi.
Speech of great wisdom by Dr Aarti 🙏🏼 lf we see the world today l think l Indian way of life and culture is the best 🙏🏼🇮🇳🙏🏼 the divine mother shakti is a symbol of women empowerment 🙏🏼 Mother nature has blessed this sub continent to her most choiced beauty 🎉
This shd be included in our education system so that young generation will realize the value of sanatana dharma and power of women. Great madam thanks for sharing such valuable knowledge 👍🌹🙏
Extremely illuminating and enriching conversation!! Also the wit and humour in realising that the conversation is going in English rather than Sanskrit .
This podcast is an eye opener…everyone should listen….so insightful…thank you Mam for coming on the platform so bravely and talk about real education 🙏
It’s Very perfect Example of The seeds sprouting for every living beings on earth, As the seed takes time to sprout, same thing applies to the human also, so that the human beings could grow stronger and with their traditional values, otherwise they will become haywire and the life will become a ruin As in the western world young children’s freedom have taken them in Anxiety, Depression they become Narcotics and most of them live like a Animal So it’s important for the children’s to get a guidance till they become strong enough to handle everything as the seed need care until it sprouts
“The world of humanity has two wings-one is women and the other men, Not until both wings are equally developed can the bird fly. Should one wing remain weak, flight is impossible.”😊
Love this great lady! Wow! Thank you so much for reminding us about the greatness of Sanatana dharma, our ancestors dear! Thanks to the host for this guest interview!!!!
A wonderful erudite presentation of facts making us feel proud of our Sanatana Dharma civilisation. Unfortunately the present situation of false narratives prevailing in our country seem to tarnish its glory but will regain its lustre like Gold regaining its shine when polished to regain its original lustre.
Super video - worth a watch for every human, worth a subject to inject right from the academic curriculum. Also exposes how parents and elderly should run their life as well as guide their next generation with true knowledge. QUDOS QUDOS QUDOS..... 🙏🙏🙏
Superb, Dr.Arathi, very happy to listen to your powerful inspiring talk!! Very proud of you!! ❤️🙏, looking forward to more n more such talks about our Hindu dharma !!🥰
My birth place is Ayodhya. Ayodhya has seen many kaliyugas in the form invasions. Even after that my own grandMa never looked upon a girl child. She used to worship every girl like DEVI unlike the Bollywood/Gutterwood narrative of showing UPities uneducated, filthy and double meaning song banks!
They are telling theirs is superior and yours is inferior, but they never forced our people of the present day to go for it. We the older or elder generations faild to put their proposition in a convincing way.
🙏💐🎊 Hope you spread more light on our rich culture & Heritage to the young generations Enlighten us with knowledge of Sanathana Dharma Beautifully explained 🤗
Wonderful, as always ❤ we should not only be proud of our heritage but have a responsibility to know it in right perspective and pass it on to future generations- great message indeed 👌🙏
We need to talk about the fact that most Hindus (parents) don't understand our own religion correctly. Restrictive parenting, men suppressing women is a reality of a lot of Hindu families - it's not because of the religion itself. It's because of the lack of it. A large part of population is still the victim of Victorian mindset, where they feel a need to control and restrict women. This mindset needs to be busted, and true sanatan should be retaught to all.
Soundarya lahiri hymn comprises of 100 verses. Each verse has a unique yantra or diagram to help in rejuvenating our mind, body, brain power, bringing success, accumulation of wealth, knowledge, land, gold, children. In short these diagrams are cheat codes for achieving success in desired fields. It's short cut in achieving Four goals of Hinduism called Dharma, Artha, Kama, Moksha.
Kuch log ab kahenge ki "pehnave se kya farak padta hai kuch bhi pehno dil bharatiya hona chahiye. To kya hua hum western pehnte hain hum mandir bhi to jate hain hum puja bhi to karte hain." Unko ye samajhna chahiye ki ji haan pehnave se hi sara farak padta hai. Nahi padta to uniform kyu pehnte the school me.? Pehnava is very much a part n parcel of a culture. Without that being fulfilled you cannot call yourself a true sanatani.
All roads lead to Sanathan Dharma. Nothing else compares, as Sanathan Dharma is all inclusive. Anyone can follow whatever part appeals or resonates with them. It is not a religion as the emphasis is on "Seeking".
Those who under estimate ladies and look down as only object of lust and slaves must and should read this. Thanks a lot Arthiji for throwing light on greatness of ladies. Ladies also must learn lessons from this and bacome good wives and grihinis.
Either one of the parents should be spiritually educated to teach kids about our hindu culture and traditions. Please take time atleast for few minutes in a week and educate the kids about our sanathana dharma. Jai Bharath 🙏 🙏 🙏
