another rearmed con (for some people) is that the server is considered by some people the hardest servers in dayz because most pro dayz players play rearmed, so if youre wanna have a fun time on rearmed make sure you have some pvp knowledge

KillerZ is the best server we've found so far...Admin team are second to none...Extremely good admin team...Super friendly...Map is Banov...I didn't like Kryptic, admin team are not the best...

I'm pretty much brand new to pc dayz and after playing console for years and then jumping into the pc version I have to say I'm spoilt for choice but this video has really helped narrow it down to what servers to try as the one thing I was unaware of is the mods to download 😂, honestly thank you for this video as it's really helped

A really good server is "Boosted Vanilla". It has no mods, so it is truly vanilla, but everything is boosted. Zombies. Animals. Vehicles. Hardware. Weather. And, most limitations have been either eliminated or drastically reduced.

@@greedigoat DayZ itself seems to be in a slump. The number of online players has been low, and half of the servers in the DZSA Launcher are empty servers. It's still a good server, though. There is also a Namalsk version of it, too.

Rearmed, a con was the owner made it so the server pop looked full( when it wasn't), so people would buy priority

Aftermath does it best for me, their custom trader mod & building mod feel clean to use, aswell as all the other stuff like their KOTHs, raiding etc. A big con for me is alot of servers using the awfull vending machine trading mod with a bloated economy, not making it worth selling most of the stuff you find & cars being expensive asf

So I haven’t played aftermath myself but I’ve watched gameplay on it, it’s a server I’ll definitely be playing in the near future. I agree! I’ve thought the vending machine mod creates a broken economy, and I hate when a regular car is $500k.. that’s Elon Musk money in DayZ

@@itsjoeythewolf For real, one server i played on it cost me double the amount of what i sold a gun for to fill a 30 Round mag with 5.56. Aftermath has a very balanced economy atleast, BMW for just 20k etc

@@TheRetnet kind of old comment but i must disagree to this, a bmw for 20k seems way unbalanced and broken if anything? what is unbalanced is the ratio of how much you sell some items for, selling a jacket for 200 that cost 6k etc. making everything except tier 4 military viable to loot rearmed does the trader VERY well

@@mathiasaltstad3667 Well you have to take in account Aftermath doesn't use Rubles, so 20k = 200k on most other servers, which is pretty balanced. I hate that most servers have a very bloated economy which uses Rubles. I think the only "balanced" servers are The Lab, Rearmed and Aftermath ngl. AM Has a very unique and balanced economy, plus it uses its own custom mods and doesn't rely on the fucking aids dayz expansion laggy traders

For the mods not updating, use DZSA launcher. Way better than the base game launcher. Also the mods have to randomly update the server to fix crashes and bugs or they would get bombarded with discord messages. Also, there are many servers you should try out in no particular order: The Project, Aftermath, Titan, The Lab, Loaded, Escape from Chenarus, Overkill, Downbad, KarmaKrew, Basically Vanilla. There are a ton more I’m missing but that list plus yours fits almost all play styles for different fans of the game when it comes to full PVP servers.

My friends were telling me to install DZSA but I didn’t think it would make a difference, thanks for making clarifying. Thank you for the server list! I just recently saw this server called TheLab, i havent played on it much but from what ive seen its pretty decent? If theres anyone who knows more about it let me know your experiences but. They have like 7 servers and they are all full with like 70 in queue. Atleast when i try to join

its a good server run or owned by dozing, a true dayz (modded) pvp player and i feel like he knows what a server needs. great keycard system, you spawn with a green one always and it progress to yellow > finally into the lab

That’s one of my favorite things DayZ has to offer, different ways to experience the unforgiving world. I personally play on a hardcore server as well, but it’s not dedicated to PVP so I didn’t put it into this list, I’ll save that for the next server list. I’m sure you’ll like it if you enjoy the more hardcore experience

stop shilling for rearmed. The owner literally protects his group of cheaters because they play admin for him too when hes not around. Literally no one should play on their servers its a joke. He will even log in just to drop them hella loot on wipes and they will have massive untouchable bases within hours of wipe. its a joke. server bans them for cheating and he personally unbans them.

@@itsjoeythewolf Honestly PVP would probably be more my jam, simply because the higher loot pools are a nice feature. I like Rearmed a lot, so far. My friends and I joined that server because we were repeatedly killed by cheaters on the vanilla servers.

These servers aren’t really dayz tho. No stamina Easy loot No survival aspect Map markers Super op guns and armor.

Part of me doesn’t disagree with you, but the other part of me has to give credit to DayZ’s unique touch in this genre. I loveeeee the hardcore experience, it’s rewarding for most of the experience. However, it is nice that in the same game I can bring down the difficulty and have a focus on something else, like territory and faction wars. Obviously there’s more options, but I’m pulled towards pvp servers like rearmed as a second experience.

If you are new to dayZ play Zero, karma krew, the lab, , aftermath, spaggies, imo and experience all got good admins that sort and ban hackers and racists man child's.
