My color is actually even lighter than this. (A good portion of it is like a 613 platinum-ish). Would that be too much? Like, would it ruin the hair to make parts of it that light?

Yes. Try if you want to but wet noodles will be your results. And remember, you’ll still have to process with toner after you’ve lifted the color. So.
