@@btsarmy72013matching the brides henna. A lot of brides get henna designs for their weddings. So the cake would match the henna designs that the bride has
Keep watching to see screenshots of my old Facebook page 😂 because this was like 10 years ago! As you can see my biz was called “Karma Free Bakery” because they were offered to Krishna first so they were eggless prasadam cakes!❤
Oh my god that is so funny when I was watching your channel I was thinking wow Hannah would be a great idea to put on a cake because that’s what I do. I decorate and bake crazy cakes and I was thinking how wonderful would be to learn how to do henna and put it on a cake Of course, I would probably have to get like some sort of henna transfer or something and like as an outline, so I can like copying it on because I don’t do Henna especially not like you.. and I love how you put the frosting in one of those henna cones and I have you in a regular pastry bags and I write with that I have a feeling using that Hannah Cohen but probably work a lot better for like drawing and stuff, can you do like a tutorial on how to fill a henna bag with frosting?

So nice seeing that her Mehendi designs are actually very authentic indian. Like you could find women wearing those designs in some wedding in Rural Rajasthan 💙
@@tamminawar So???Just because you use it, one should credit it as Bangladeshi or let's say South asian? This is not how things work dude. Going by your logic, south asia should be called the hub of textile because it's produced everywhere right, but globally Bangladesh is credited with textile. Because of your vast export as well as domestic production and use. It's same with India, even though Henna is used by many but mehendi is synonymous with INDIA. It doesn't matter whether or not someone else uses it. Get above your petty mindset. I don't understand why you people get butthurt, whenever India takes due credit for what it deserves.
@@notyourcupoftea905nope there's a huge difference. Henna is a very old tradition that existed way before any borders or division of countries happened and it is a South Asian practice as well as Middle Eastern and African. The textile industry, on the other hand, developed AFTER the countries have divided and it is specific to Bangladesh. You can't compare the two.
@@shaaaairuuu Bangladeshi textile " industry" gained momentum after division. It's forte has always been textile. But, that doesn't mean textile isn't prevalent anywhere else in the region. It's very much there, but we won't shy away from giving due credit to who deserves it. It's similar to mehendi. Undoubtedly you people might use it for special occasions. But, let me share you one thing, an Indian women uses it regardless of any festivities. It's has very much become an art form, distinctive of Indian culture.
Wow.. beautiful design.. Exactly my thoughts 2 days ago when a relative was applying henna on my hand. I asked her, if cake decorators can apply henna like a pro and vice versa. Here you proved it😊
The cake you decorate in this video might be one of the prettiest cakes I've ever seen... The henna style works so well and I love the brown on green, they're two of my favourite colours! 💖
Same here! I decorate cakes and cookies - don't enjoy the bake, just the decorating! I thought the experience would help me with henna. I'm nowhere near as talented in my piping skills, but I will use transfer/tracing to improve. ❤
