Chicken Nugget Ingredients
• 2 chicken breasts (skinned/boned)
• 150g panko breadcrumbs
• 60g flour (seasoned with salt & pepper)
• 2 eggs (beaten) • 2 tbsp parsley (finely chopped)
• 30g Parmesan or Grana Padano (grated)
• 2 tbsp Cajun spice
• 250g cooking oil
Chicken Nugget Dips Ingredients
• 30g sugar
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1/2 tbsp water
• 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1/2 tsp wholegrain mustard
• 1 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 30g ketchup
• 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tbsp liquid smoke
• 1/2 tsp cider vinegar
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp mustard powder
• 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce
Panko breadcrumbs can be expensive.
