These young men are master bakers! They make all the items with a lot of care, attention, and skill. They are good at what they do and take pride in their work! Everything looks very good! I wish there was such a high quality bakery near me, I would go everyday.

🙋🏻♀️🇬🇧How wonderful & quiet these bakeries are, in England it’s all shouting & gossip..this is so much nicer, the bakers really concentrate on producing the highest standard possible. I love to see the worn patches on the floor, showing many customers have walked through the shop over the years.
Boulangerie Gourmand, first time in my entire life i see a baker in a bakery (Boulangerie) starting the work by boiling eggs... cutting pineapple, kiwi, grapes, washing salad, to fry, make mimosa eggs, prepare a sauce base, I agree with the work of a pastry chef making the quiches (because in France the first pastries were salty before the arrival of sugar in the 17-18th century, the sweet pastries were mainly honey, so I agree for this kind of pastry). And wow for his Pain au chocolat ^^ 1:54:26 it's cute ^^

Ich bin gelernte Konditorin aus Deutschland. 🇩🇪 es ist super interessant und auch sehr entspannend zuzuschauen. Tolle Arbeit, es sieht alles sehr lecker aus.
in my gourmand opinion, Boulangerie Gourmand is the best ^^ my mouth is watering, Florentin chocolat yummiiiiiiiiiiiii, cassis marron, chausson aux pommes 😍 But for salty pastries and more Bondir c*ke is really good ^^

Aaaargh - I'm starving now !!. The first baker, you certainly cant fault his work ethic - but man, those hours, and on THREE HOURS SLEEP ??. No wonder his wife's not happy - but boy, does what he bakes make the mouth water !!. I hope hd works out a way to enjoy life - your a long time dead !
The cost of pastry is the same price in the U.S. the cost of living in Japan outside of Tokyo is the same as the U.S. outside our major cities. The pay in Japan is under poverty! And they have no laws to protect them from unjust living, unjust pay, overtime hours, accident insurance, no lawsuits. Watch a few of the shows with Japanese farmers who sell vegetables on the roadside. There's tons of these videos from all around the world and it makes me think this is a good time to research democracy and how the U.S. and UK are losing the battle to keep it. This is important because everyone in the U.S. and UK talking about how wonderful all this is, it's about to be your life and you're letting it happen.
