Ozzy _ anyone would also know they could’ve been in a non compete clause, completely preventing them from owning or starting a shop for year if not longer though. Besides they have the skills, yanni ddidnt have the skill to wrap yet has a successful business.

Ozzy _ Yh you are absolutely right. However i would not be surprised if they already had some pre-existing clause in their contract which prevented them from joining a competitive firm. But yh your right, they could have quite easily opened their own place. But then again, Yianni is the one with the following, Social media presence and contacts etc. Something they would struggle to get. But then again saying that... i doubt these two would ever do that to Yianni, they seem pretty legit to me- although Yianni is 100% an entrepreneur who will always act in the favour of his business to maximise profits

their current contract prob also included non compete/solicit so this doesnt change that much. Also most articles of incorporation / SHAs include a clause to buy out those real small shareholders. Still is a nice gesture tho for years of hard work.

Definitely nothing to do with being a cool boss. Its the only way to keep them on his side. Without them the business would fall. They are possibly the best and fastest wrappers in the world. If they started a business or went to the competition his business would be hit hard

@@Jf_1900 he is, but he cant wrap, he relies on good wrappers. This is why is better to give them shares and keep them within the company than let them go. Mark and Nico are probably the best and fastest in the wrapping industry.

Not all employers can make moved like this in say businesses with 20 employees. Yiannimize operates in a field (car wrapping) where his profit margin is high in both a percentage term and probably figures terms. Yes i'd imagine all his staff are on above industry average for all their roles but you have to understand Yianni's customers are wealthy (the majority) so £5k and above on their car is not life changing money.
