Congrats on an amazing journey. The line at the end "They say don't cry because it's over, smile because it happened" got me. As a 53 year old looking back on all of the things in my life I can no longer do but loved to do is hard to come to terms with. That line punched me in the face and I thank you for that. I looked at the length of this video and I was like, "no way im watching an avengers length documentary on a story I already know about" but I definitely did and loved every second of it.

Please don't ever stop, your videos are one of the few things that keep me waking up in the morning, not to chase a dream at this point, but just to survive, make it to the next day. You made it D, it may not have been the NFL, but pro is pro and its something that many will never touch, your football in pads may be over, but that doesn't mean your impact to the community and to the game itself is over. You bring spot light to kids who may never have gotten a chance to shine and be looked at.

Man you blessed that you can start 7am with working out, training your body....many of us out there are at work 7m go home if possible hit the gym, come back to our families and so on. Never forget it you have a talent and the possibiliy to make it.

To me it seems that him keeping his head down is also what lead to the injury, and the resistance to change as well, it can be so hard to embrace change and it’s a hard lesson for us very passionate people to take. Fellow PSL resident here, we ain’t in the middle of nowhere lmao. We got Stuart, PSL, Then Ft Pierce and just to the west we got Okeechobee, now THAT is in the middle of nowhere but it’s absolutely so peaceful out there though. But PSL will still always be considered my home, where I grew up and became an adult. Graduated from TCHS in 2011, all of my best memories were made here. But PSL has gotten so popular and so packed it’s getting unbearable at most points but ima still love it no matter what. At least we have a couple of people that came from PSL out there being successful and thriving. I didn’t get that chance. Turning 32 tomorrow on the 23rd and I haven’t really accomplished anything except burning myself out years ago. But I just keep waking up everyday and completing the cycle. Yea adversity comes but it matters what we do with it and how we decide to deal. The mindset of a football player and that next play mentality will serve every person well. Cuz yea hard days will come but if you keep going so does the sunshine.
