Vlad Gheorghiu began his career at consulting firm McKinsey & Company in 2012 where he led global programs for mental health and employee wellness. He co-founded Kyan Health in 2021, a digital health company that provides mental health and wellness services to European employers, with a mission to improve 1 million lives by 2027.
