Love this videos! Been learning Hugo by myself and I think your approach of showing how to go from design to implementation is the best and most complete way to learn it. Beautiful work, hope you keep doing this series.

Berkay’s style of demonstrating, troubleshooting and using good programming practices is easy to follow and to adopt. Looking forward to Part 3!
The good thing about life is, there is no rule for tools. So, I can use whatever I want :^) Currently I'm walking from SCSS to Tailwind. Using both on my projects and happy about it. But for bootstrap, I'm sorry I think they don't offer the speed of Tailwind so there is no need for me to use it. If you like it I respect your opinion.
The first thing coming into my mind is you included partial without adding dot in the end? If you don't add dot at the and of partial include the partial cannot access to .Site and such. Probably you need to include it like this => {{ partial "home/welcome.html" . }}
