Valve adjustment is critical too. -Just a tip for those that might be fighting low vacuum. I've seen this model done by just blocking off the vent tube and installing the PCV to the top cap. Leaving the screen inside helps block the oil better.
I have my valves set to the widest gap since I daily drive it and take it on the highway and all. I dont know if that's ideal as far as the pcv system goes but I do have full function of my vaccum wipers, if that's any indication.
Yeah it did. I'm in the mountains and going up long stretches of highway the draft tube would be pumping out a ton of smoke filling the cabin. Putting this on eliminated that

Did you ever have any issues with it sucking oil in through the intake manifold? I plan on doing this project sometime this weekend, but hadnt thought about the issue of it sucking oil. I too, am following Deve's write up. Great video, by the way!
