An exceedingly wealthy country like the DRC should be doing infinitely better than they are. The Congolese need to work far harder on their politics and military strength. Little Rwanda is wiping the floor with them. The DRC acts like a failed state, unable to secure its borders or provide internal security. No use blaming others for taking advantage of your weakness when you have incredible wealth that you don't use properly.
