Thank you so much, can I ask a question? A question to a cyber security lawyer. I was using my ex’s device for a while(he gave it to me) and forgot to log out my Facebook messenger. Now I see thee are multiple new sessions appearing, means he was reading my messages at least few times. Three different dates, time and location his was opening the fb messenger, which I forgot to log out on his device. 1. Is it a felony(crime) or a misdemeanor in USA? 2. Is it a federal law or a state law applied in such cases? 3. 4.If I show it to police what happens? Will they take him to a custody before court? 5. How do I prosecute him for it? 6. How severe can be a punishment for him considering he did not damage anything, just reading? Is there a video on a related topic?
