Sweeny's cut only Douglas Fir. All the raw logs were LR or lumber rejects for rot, twist, ring shake. There was a lot of cut off sections included in the booms that were shown. I scaled the odd one myself.
@@jamescampbell7780 I'm not sure what they all were used for. This was before plastics so I would imagine they shipped a lot of different liquid products in them. I do know they were not used fpr alcohol. They made smaller ones for nails and railway spikes.
