From New Age (Yoga, Kundalini, Ayahuasca, San Pedro, DMT, Sage, etc) to JESUS: Jaaron's Testimony 

HEY THIS IS JAARON. Thank you Stephanie! Shout to everyone who joined our conversation. I'll be uploading on this page for more detail, to answer questions, and have conversations as I continue to grow in the body of Christ. Hallelujah wit it!

I was deep into New Age for years. Hypnotherapy, Shaman practitioner, angel card reader, and Shaman practitioner. Thankfully I heard the gentle voice of God, saying read the Bible. I did and renounced the New age. ✨💞🙏🏽💞✨

I am a college student who is a new Christian but as I was registering for second semester of classes I felt like I needed to take a Buddhist class, and then I registered for Buddhist Himalayan abroad trip. After watching this video I withdrew from both the class and the abroad trip because I realize that I was looking for “more” than God which gave me a temporary comfort. And this video has blessed me with the knowledge that these courses would have opened me up to demonic spirits and gods where I do not need to opened up to. Thank you so much Stephanie.

This is so needed. So many people are bound in this “spiritual” stuff but also love God but don’t even realize they are mixing Jesus with the demonic. But the word says “my people perish for lack of knowledge.” Just because you don’t know does not exempt you from judgement. Jesus is the ONLY way!

I too was into New Age and studied multiple forms of witchcraft, buddhism, yoga? Etc. It was ruining my life and my family. I was addicted to weed, and made myself into a “goddess”. Jesus saved me and I have been baptized ❤

I listened to Jada Pinkett Smith’s audiobook and I was so sad. Hearing how she was raised to worship in many beliefs and how she was severely depressed to the point of unaliving herself and then turning to ayahuasca and explaining how she felt incredible love, mothering and nurturing that she described as “heaven and God”. I pray that she meets someone that can bring her and many others like her to the love, peace, and truth present in Christ Jesus. Thank you brother Jaaron for your testimony and thank you sister Stephanie for your platform!

My boyfriend in Cameroon was thesame in the sense that he is a gifted writer, very creative man. However when he was working on his first novel called Ancestral Pride, he started manifesting strange habits. He will go on writing for days without eating, drinking water, nothing. It was like he was in a trance. He started talking about this divine being he called his muse that will direct him what to write. To cut the story short he ran mad and it took weeks of intensive prayer to get him back.The devil and evil comes to us in the most mudane way ever and he perverses our gifts and destroys but so long as God lives and reigns he will never succeed to steal any sheep from God's flock.

I also participated in Ayahuasca ceremonies and it caused me to go deep in the New Age (crystals, manifestation, psychedelics etc.) The first time was exactly as they said, being cradled by a mother’s love and was intense and positive. I then decided to go to a 2-day ceremony and it was terrifying as I felt spirits all around me. After the ceremony I kept seeing myself get into a car accident in my mind. I also started having sleep paralysis and nightmares of being in a pitch black room and hearing a screeching scream along with feeling for the first time in my life like I wasn’t mentally grounded. I asked the shamans helper and they couldn’t give me a good answer for why I was having the sleep paralysis/nightmares. I had experienced demonic oppression so I recognized that this was not from God. The whole reason I went to the ceremony initially was to get rid of this intense fear of the demonic from a previous experience. I asked God for the truth and I had a dream where I saw the people who were in ceremony with me heading down a spiral staircase. A downward spiral! God has since showed me that I have nothing to fear with Jesus!

Thank you Jaaron!!! Can we all remember to pray for God to cover and protect this man by the Blood of Jesus!!

New age is EXHAUSTING! Those Demons will wear you out! I remember as a Christian I was unknowingly practicing new age with affirmations like “I am God” “I am what I seek”!! After trying to keep up with all those affirmations I was dead tired! Thank God for Jesus! ❤️

Thank you for sharing your story! I have similar experiences. I was in samanizm, yoga, meditation and eastern religion. I opend myself, my mind to bad spirits, so I had crazy demonic attack. I heared almost audibly satan and his demons telling me "jump out from the window" etc. They wanted to kill me. I was sitting on the toilet, because it was the furthest from the window in our dorm🙈 During that time my friend came to Christ in a different city and she started to pray for me. She has never really told me the gospel, she was "just" praying. I think she saw, that I was so much into these crazy spiritual things, that just the Holy Spirit can show me the truth. Long story short. After 2 years of crazy spiritual experiences I came to Christ at a christian camp and it changed everything in my life!🙌 Yoga seemed to be so good and safe, but it is not! Thank you for this testimony! I was saved from the same realm of new age practices and ceremonies… was also very deep there and always thought it was my purpose and my gifts. This talk gave a good insight to why it may have felt like that … the enemy had stolen my gifts for his purposes. Wow - definitely one of the most powerful interviews concerning New Age practices that I have ever heard. Before the interview was done I was on my RU-vid subscription list - unsuscribing from everyone that I could recall who mentioned or participated in these practices and renouncing the influence I allowed them over my life. Despite renouncing the practice of it a while ago - I realized that having those that proudly participate in these idolatrous practices influence my life is just as wicked and foolish. A lot of people are being mislead and deceived by what he says about meeting God during his interview on this radio show . I pray this video reaches the masses .

This series helped me so much last year when I came to the Lord and had so many questions wrt ancestry worship,I’m South African and this spirit is vile here like in most African countries. Great video! I am in Los Angeles area too. people are getting lost in mushrooms too a lot. They think it is good and spiritual. unfortunately, I have friend that is Christian but he thinks it is ok I try to tell him it’s not but he doesn’t receive it from me. I pray he will actually watch videos like this. And a lot of times if I sent him a video he does not watch. I think it’s because he does not want to feel convicted. I went through a very similar experience! I always thought I was special bc I was always able to hold the medicine well. I even remember receiving a blue medal in one of my ceremonies. I was once deceived. None were ever sustaining. Only Jesus saves, heals and makes new. I’m so grateful ❤

what he’s mentioning about the false love and validation, finally being good at something, this craft becoming a part of your identity…. that’s what’s not brought up a lot. that’s what makes it all hard to walk away from. if you do, it really shows true sacrifice and surrender…not “just” of the yoga and witchcraft, but pieces of your identity and those void and empty spaces in our hearts that are being temporarily filled by this stuff.

Thanks for sharing your journey and experiences. I’m currently on the plant medicine & occult/new age path. Plant meds have been very healing and transformative for me.. but I’m getting to the place where I feel like my faith is missing.. my intimate relationship with God has gotten so complex .. and I miss the direct ease I would feel in knowing God was guiding me.. I’m feeling lost now and confused. I really want to talk more about the this and also reconnecting to Christian practices after experiencing abuse, shame, and harm from Christian communities. I know it’s the people in Christianity that cause harm.. not God.. but the shadows of Christianity isn’t talked about enough and why people turn to other paths

I’m thankful to the Lord for bringing brother Jaaron out of bondage and setting him free. I pray that the work that He’s started in him He will continue and fully transform his whole life in Jesus name. It’s important for us to be able to identify the deception of the enemy in our every day life, the Bible does tell us we perish because of lack of knowledge so I’m grateful for this new knowledge that I had no idea of. Thank you for sharing this. I grew up as a Christian but I always had many questions. Like the interviewee I always wanted to get the data and balance the spiritual with the practical. I've never done ayahuasca or mushrooms. But I did dabble in the new age for awhile. I had an experience a year ago that I simply cannot explain. Where I experienced that feeling of unconditional love. And saw many visions of my past and possible future. The experience lasted three days. At the pinnacle of my experience family thought I was possessed. And tried to get them to see 'the light'. But what I remember in that experience was that I all I wanted was to choose love over fear. I felt as if God was speaking to me through everything and everyone. I had a clear understanding of who Jesus was and for a moment I thought I was Jesus. But then I heard a clear voice that said 'it's not about you' 😅 and then I understood. I saw the duality of life. How my actions affected people both good and bad. I was rushed to the hospital and I was able to 'calm' down by realizing I had to surrender and trust that the people around me loved me. I heard the voices of my friends and family telling me that they loved me and to keep going. I was fighting hard not to give into fear. The doctors kept asking if I took mushrooms and all I could do was say that three days prior I smoked some weed and I found myself on an involuntary fast. Because I was unable to keep food down (this was also during lent, I didn't know that at the time). I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and put on medication. Which was a surprise to my psychiatrist who I had been seeing for five years. When I described my experience to her she said in all her years of experience she has never had a patient describe their experience with mania in that way. And it sounded like a mushroom trip. But again, the only thing in my system was THC. Which effects may have been heightened due to me fasting for three days. While in recovery I found singing helpful whenever I felt the fear seeping in. Especially Christian music and Bob Marley. While in the hospital there were others in for similar episodes and I sang with them. When I got home I was very sensitive to the energy around me. Colours were brighter. I saw art in a new way. My heart felt wide open. I actually felt my heartbeat for the first in a long while. I thought it was in my head until my mother mentioned if I noticed my hands weren't cold anymore. Which they had been for years. But I still have so many questions. How do you determine the false light from the real light? For me looking back it was almost like a battle I was fighting was between love and fear. And I chose love. I've always felt an intimate connection with God that I couldn't describe to others. Some of the visions I saw came to pass and I have been reconnected with my gifts especially music. It was like a high I couldn't describe. Love I never experienced. All I could do in the moment was the trust God's guidance. I was 33 when this happened. And after that experience I have been moving away from the new age. And have been working on my relationship with God. But there are still so many questions of what actually happened. Was it an attack or deliverance?

I’ve never practiced any form of new age but I’ve always said the same thing about sage. Just goes to show the spirit of God truly does bring wisdom. It’s so obvious when you walk in the light

Mannnn Listen. This is why as Christians we must ALWAYS pray for unbelievers and never count anyone out. This brother's testimony is powerful, especially in spiritual insights of drugs/ mind altering substances. I'm a 27 year old from London and struggled with Weed for years until I found Salvation in Jesus 2 years ago. Weed is the only drug I've ever consumed but have been offered and tempted to try others - but I always said no because even before finding Christ, my instincts would tell me that It'd be a terrible idea. so it's ALWAYS left me curious to what it's like. Your testimony brother helped alot and affirmed my convictions to never try it, and gave a peak into what the craze is all about and the demonic nature of it. Knowledge is power, when God delivers people such as this man who's seen some things, it's for the purpose not only to warn unbelievers but give insight to Christians in how the enemy operates. KEEP IT UP BROTHER! Stay in Jesus's righteous, humility and love - and you'll never fail.

I rededicated my life back to Jesus Christ after i was mislead into new age and i thank Jesus with everthing in me and ask that he continues to forgive me and give me the strength and peace i need to keep moving forward in and with Jesus Christ Amen

Thank you for this beautiful testimony. I was practicing yoga for two years and when I gave my life to Christ the Holy Spirit convicted me to stop practicing. I remember I felt so sad it's like I was letting go of something so special. It's no lie that yoga has physical benefits and it really kept me fit. Honestly it was so hard for me to let go of that world. What I didn't know Is that I had left myself open to demonic attacks in the form of anger and lustful homosexual dreams. I would wake up, pray and wonder why I'd have such horrid dreams. Although yoga was "calming", I became such an angry person. God always calls us to rejoice and I just couldn't be that for so long and I didn't know why... But now I do.... It's now been two months since I stopped doing yoga and all this happened cause I let the Holy spirit fully in. I honestly couldn't do it by my might. I hope this can encourage anyone struggling to stop doing yoga.. Give your life to Christ and opt for other alternatives to fit your physical and mental well-being. Love❤

All glory to God! Nice to hear Jaaron's testimony. Similar things happened to me as well. I have done all those substances and modern day witchcraft that Jaaron was into, and I could even add more things to the package. When I recently became a believer in God I came across Stephanie's video on RU-vid that was being suggested, about third-eye opening (is it biblical or demonic) and of course I didn't click on it because I liked watching TBN's Better Together and that's how I knew her so I knew she was gonna say it was demonic 😂😂Also I liked her, and I didn't wanna mess it up seeing her doing a "religious" speech... you know how people that dont read the Word think 🤣 but then one day the video came after another video I was watching, so well, I watched it with resistance and she told the story of the Egyptians and Moses' staff turning into a snake, then she said that we should check the source... Man, was I SO MAD 😤 that was infuriating to me 😅 I didn't want to give it away but I knew she was right.. so I couldn't get it out of my heart but kept on doing Ayahuasca and mushrooms because they give the impression "you're connecting with God" but I would always think of what Stephanie said, until one day the Lord really showed me, the source IS NOT HIS, and I shouldn't do this again, not because it's forbidden, but because His Grace is enough, and I can find everything I need and more in His presence, His presence never makes me embarrassed or ashamed, it's always a clean experience and a loving place, but also a place of repentance, so I never did any of these ever again. No weed, no mushrooms, no LSD, no Ayahuasca, no Kundalini, no DMT, no changa, no astrology (this one took longer, until one day I heard Stephanie's sermon on fasting and I fasted, I was praying about something else all those 3 days and all the Lord said to me was that I should only care about what HE SAYS about me, ouch 😅), no tarot, no psychic, no sage, no reiki, no crystals, no hypnosis (phew... it was a lot now thinking of it 🫠) that's one of the reasons why Jesus' yoke is easy and His burden is light (Matthew 11:30) I used to say I'd never be a christian, now Christ is enough for me, His Word is enough, He showed me His Word is A L I V E making each letter literally jump out. I opened it one day and the letters of the Bible would go through my heart and feed me, stopping in my stomach ( I was sober, I was not tripping, y'all 😅😂😂-- But I was astonished while realizing it is very much alive!! So from then on I took the word of God as the unchanging truth, the real deal and not something we could just relativize or consider only the New Testament), serving Him and being dead to this world and woke culture is enough and being in communion with my brothers and sisters is enough. And I'm very thankful for Stephanie's life and that she has been listening to the Lord and walking in obedience ❤ absolutely love listening to her sermons and I would love if she'd give me permission to translate them to Portuguese and spread it here in Brazil 🇧🇷 the whole world needs to hear it! I was getting my 200 hour teaching license learning about chakras, third eye opening, worship possession. I repent against my old new age ways, and I’m so happy the LORD showed me the truth. Satan is the great deceiver, I pray those in this practice open their hearts to this video and to Jesus Christ the truth and the light.

This is powerful and helpful to my soul. it’s bringing so much revelation to me. As a I turned back to God, I remembered being warned many times thru dreams and experiences. My dreams have been more vivid lately. I remembered having a dream about tarot cards, I was viewing them more and more on social media. I was convicted by it. But kept watching. So one day, I had a dream that the tarot cards were burning up with fire. I knew that was God warning me to stop. Been praying to steadfast in Gods word. When I feel like my mind starts to wonder and desire fleshly things. I turned to the Bible to feed my mind and soul

I mean this sincerely and with love. I saw a testimonial - from witchcraft to Worship - on Wednesday Bellows channel and the women touched on the evil/darkness she witnessed around weaves and why she hardly wears them. I have also since seen many more videos on the demonic/darker sides of wigs. I am praying that more women of Christ speak on this very sensitive, complex and urgent issue. I have a deep sensing that it points to a lot of what we're struggling with in our communities, just as the New Age is. I mean, it sits between our crown and heaven. I could’ve been the person interviewing since our lives and dedication to yoga, shamanism psychedelics (insert lsd here) for decades. So much of our story is similar, even so much as seeing “dark energy” and straight up demons on psychedelics. I was just telling my mother who is somewhat the reason why I both came back to and left Christianity for my youth, that I only ever heard the quote “Satan comes to steal kill and destroy” and because of that, I had always disregarded satans truth, or reality. Now I have not only the Bible the speaks to spiritual warfare but apostles that preach and can truly inform those of us as to what it is (James kawayla, dr John w mulinde, Derek prince, etc) and now that I understand Satan and he’s devious ways, fighting him and putting on gods armor makes much more sense. I’ve been fighting demons and winning thanks to Jesus Christ in my dreams! Through repentance, spiritual warfare, reading, worshipping, praying and fellowshipping with the King, im truly sensing a spiritual renewal of my soul and spirit. Hallelujah. I pray that more and more come to Jesus Christ!

My body was broken. The physical practice of yoga has healed my knees, my respiratory system, my back, my wrists. This man was heavily involved in other spiritual new age practices. If you do a lunge any lunge this is also a yoga pose. If you reach forward and touch your toes, this is also a yoga pose. As a Christian I understand protecting your spirit from demonic entities but every good and perfect gift is from God. Having a personal relationship with the father and genuine fellowship with other believers will give you proper discernment in all matters of life.

When Jaaron said do you think you can get rid of demonic spirits with sage? I answered you aloud saying yes! I felt called out with that one right there because there was a time I did. However, there was a very spiritual experience with my mamas manic/demonic episode that showed me it can't. I tried everything I could think of prayed to God, burnt sage, frankincense, myrrh, let her hold my black tourmaline, gave her some of my bracelets including one with the evil eye on it. We were sitting on the floor in her closet and she said "oh he doesn't like that", talking about the demonic spirit within her. That was the moment I realized it doesn't work like that. I can look back at it now and chuckle about how foolish I was to think I could, but at that time I was trying to everything I knew and use everything I had access to, to help her.

I watched this earlier today and I will say I didn't take this convo easily. I can see this being one I come back to after more things are revealed to me. I had my foot in the new age pool without knowing that the practices are deemed demonic. I never had the desire to dive deep into anything but I was curious and adopted a few practices. I can only imagine how he felt when he realized what he was doing was wrong because I feel bad and shook with the little dabbling I was doing.

Occult = pride = control All I hear is him trying to control everything through occult practices and he was full of pride

Everyday I'm seeing evidence that Satan is winning. It's stories like this that remind me that God has already won. Glory to the Most High God. I thank him for opening the eyes of our men because we need their leadership in the church.
