I just bought that motor kit and put it on a razor E300 scooter, and it's definitely powerful. The kit seems high quality, and it comes with a good instruction manual. The only issue is the throttle, it only turns like 35 degrees, making it really touchy.

For the battery contact amorge they do good battery’s and for the motor I would go with the new kunray motor or a sotion fw11
