WOW you've got MAD SKILLS bleaching all on your own, all those perfect tiny sections, even going over previous bleach, and your hair is still healthy AF !!!!!! You are awesome!!!!
I actually love the beginning pastel colour on you.... im going to wash my hair ten times as i applied shocking pink by live with loads of conditioner and it still never came out pastel... (great tunes too)
The colour looks gorgeous on you!💓 Didn't know one could apply this dye on wet hair right after bleaching... Apparently it worked just fine! (Also thinking about going lilac even though light shades wash me out.. )
I blooming love this lilac shade, and it suits you so much, you look stunning. I noticed you just directly added the colour from the tubes instead of mixing it with the solution. Does this make the colour more vibrant? Asking as I'd love to go this colour over my blonde x
Thank you hunny! Yes I did, the solution is just a conditioner for afterwards when you wash out the colour. It is a fantastic shade, it lasted 6-8 washes and I also used the LIVE purple colour shampoo to keep refreshing the colour, which was awesome too. I am now back to pink but it was a lovely metallic lilac colour! 🥰
@@glamorious5972 Awh great stuff thank you. Have you tried the live denim blue? I feel like that would look so nice on you 💙 thank you for the video, really contemplating lilac hair!x
Yes, you're right it does damage, however I used the 9% developer and try not to leave it in for too long. I will need to give it a cut soon anyways ha! If I refresh the colour I only bleach my roots not the whole head like in this vid. I did it to get the pink tones out. The only option to have vibrant neon colours is to bleach it first I guess, wish I didn't need to but my natural colour is too dark otherwise. x
Hey lovely, stop running the bleach through your ends your hair is light enough to do the purple. Also, when doing your roots, try not to beyond the roots only. Your hair will be breaking off like no tomorrow if you're not cautious 💗
I know, I am cautious and aware of that, thank you! I usually only do the roots, however I had to get rid of the pink tones, which is why I did the lengths at the end for only a few minutes. My experience is, if there's old colour still in the hair, the new colour won't absorb and I din't want purple at the top and pink ends. I wanted a nice even purple effect, so only option is to have a light base. Unless you have a solution or tip? I am open for ideas and tips ❤️
@@glamorious5972 to do that shade of purple, the colour of your ends were already perfect for that purple colour, there was no need to run the bleach through the ends this time around 😊😊
I would give this tip which is try a colour remover that completely removes pink, it can turn it a tinge of blue or green but I never found this affected cool tones. I'm a hardresser and usually treat everyone else's hair better than my own 😂 but I have started trying to be sensible 😅 but your hair looks awesome and I think you know what your hair can handle. Great job!
This is awesome ! I'm looking to get my hair silver and use this lilac as money pieces and strips in the under side at the back yours looks amazing you have some skills there ! I would have never had the gusts to re bleach over already bleached poress hair though your brave ! I would color remover first or do a bleach bath instead but that's just me ! Other than that looks beautiful was looking at this lilac for months and you finally made me want to just do it !
I wouldn't bleach it all over again, I would probably do a bleach wash or just plopp the colour on top. I just really wanted it to work lol! Glad my video was useful! 💖
Are you a natural blonde? Every time I bleach my hair it never comes out light enough at the roots..I've got naturally very dark hair. Even my friend who's a hair dresser can barely get my hair that light. We have to use like a 50 volume developer. Also that's the most beautiful shade of purple I've ever seen and I've had my hair every pastel color. Any advice of the bleach and how to get my roots lightened like yours in 1 shot?
Hiya, no I am not a natural blonde. You don't need it to be a light bleached blond tone as it just needs to be light for the purple shade. I wasn't sure if it would work so I exaggerated. It would have been fine without bleaching the ends actually.
Also, would you say it's a red based purple? As I've just gone through battering my hair with bleach to get out the blue left from purple I don't wanna go through that again 😂
It faded into a grey light purple colour almost blue-ish. Because I was pink before, the pink was also showing so it's hard to say. It fades evenly. You can see it in my newest video where it shows. I dyed it rose pink again and you can see the faded before colour there: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-vJigCCCowCE.html
the vibrant colour will last 3-5 washes then faint. I also used the LIVE purple colour shampoo to refresh the colour but it only lasts up to 8 washes in total.
