Now when you fill the layer with a given shade of gray, the transparency is no longer given by the brightness of the chosen color, but must be selected by the opacity setting in the fill box itself. Otherwise it doesn't work.
I have to get back to this amazing tutorial. It is so like everything is in there. The G.O.A.T always right on point! I have one questions please . Doing this step-by-step is like doing the channel dark-one-copy-blur-selected then back to layers and do the commands on generative fill . The example that you use was for skin smoothing, skin toning, skin coloring etc. I hope you get the idea. Is the same. Because this one is easier for me than go to the channels ....blah blah.
