Obviously Lost, since From draws inspiration from it and some of the From showrunners also worked on Lost. Yellowjackets, Silo, Under the Dome, The 100, Dark, Severance Higurashi, Shinsekai Yori (these two are anime/manga series but they also fallow similar plot happening in a small rural town, people keeping secrets from each other, horror, supernatural elements)
