Nice early grown 'maters. I took a year off from production. OYA! I did grow some edibles such as oxalis and purslane in small amounts in loose mounds. Mound gardening keeps things moist

I grew a new (to me) variety of tomatoes this last summer called German Pink. I really loved them. I’m in 6b as well in Southwest Missouri and I feel your pain on the crazy weather. You have been my sunflower inspiration this year. I can’t wait to give them a try.

When kale starts to bolt eat the small seed heads like broccoli. Definitely try pakchoi when it bolts it's insanely tasty raw 😁

opalka tomato!!! um yes please lol im an avid canner and these tomatoes are ind. productive and high meat/low juice perfect for the gardener who wants to crack open a jar of summer goodness during the winter months (: this is my first yr of growing onions, long day (zone 5) and tips on when i should start them or should i direct sow early spring? thanx!

Did you end up pulling and discarding your stunted peppers or did you put them inside over winter? Ours literally haven’t grown since being put in the ground
