I have just started to learn about people returning to Africa, mainly Ghana. I've read so many different opinions. I think it would be a good idea to take a look at the Jewish method after ww2. No matter where you were in the world you gave a percentage of your income to creating a better motherland. You just need leaders who are passionate about Africa and not flashy cars . People you can trust.
