Shubham Gupta talks about the uncertainties of life and finding a way out. His journey from a shoe keeper to an IAS Officer is a remarkable story of realizations amidst self-discovery. Besides, his experiences while working in Gadchiroli, in Maharashtra, are full of awe-inspiring moments.
Based on his relentless pursuit, Shubham Gupta’s talk makes the audience think deeper and find multiple solutions to achieving happiness and success in life. "He is an Indian Administrative Service Officer of the 2019 batch, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad in Dhule district of Maharashtra. Belonging to Jaipur in Rajasthan, Shubham did his graduation in Economics Honours from Delhi College of Arts and Commerce in University of Delhi and later on enrolled himself of Masters in Economics in Delhi School of Economics. In his fourth attempt, he qualified with AIR 6 and secured a place in the Indian Administrative Service.
During his previous posting as Assistant Collector, Etapalli and Project Officer, ITDP, Bhamragad in Gadchiroli district, Shubham experimented with a lot of innovative projects such as bike ambulances, mobile science laboratory, artificial intelligence based nutrition monitoring, blockchain based caste certificates, carbon credit based agroforestry, etc.
