Not bad, My favourite place was 2nd floor deck area. Tbh I think they need more storage as it looks cluttered but as they live in there I'm sure they will hide alot in units.. change the yellow to blue (light) and id be happy lol.. hard working team.. hopefully they get paid well.. looking forward to the next build.. 👍👍👍👍
WOW what an amazingly beautiful result. We worked very hard with many people and what you have achieved together has become really beautiful. Big greetings from the Netherlands and I wish you a very good, safe, happy life in your new home.
You should come to my country in Ivory Coast. I like how you build houses. there is a real estate boom in my country. you will have a lot of house contract to build. I will be the first customer. I am in Ivory Coast in West Africa.
Beautiful house congratulations...! it would also be my dream...😮😊I apologize for my previous hasty comment regarding the kitchen, 😢in this video I saw that there is...I repeat that it is a splendid house...congratulations!!!! 👏👏👏👏
Primitive, yet innovative -- that's how we Vietnamese do things. Minimal power tools! Laying and facing those bricks must be a PIA. That roof is gonna leak so might as well pour another slab.
You should come to my country in Ivory Coast. I like the way you build houses. there is a real estate boom in my country. you will have a lot of house contract to build. I will be the first customer. I am in Ivory Coast in West Africa. the house deficit is 833,000.
The list of construction defects is longer than the text of any religion. The house will go mouldy in a few years, nothing was primed, no drains were installed, waterlogging of the house (beds). The kitchen and bathroom are a disaster. The floor was not decoupled, really great for all residents. I can't say whether the insulation in the roof is sufficient to keep the heat out, but if you're going to build a tin roof, why not install a PV system? Tip: You can also install a pump after a water storage tank on the roof, then it will also work with the water. You need a gutter at the driveway, otherwise all the soup from the street will run onto your property. The same applies to the patio and in front of the steps to the house anyway. The tiles are far too slippery for the fact that it obviously rains often. If you're building walls anyway, why not build in a layer of polystyrene (= 36 wall thickness), which would make the nonsense with the reinforced concrete beams superfluous, and air conditioning systems would also make sense, although I would rather go for air conditioning + air conditioning in the region, as humid as it is. In other words, Inca routing. Also on the roof, you could have insulated again with polystyrene. I would have built the roof so that it could be used, e.g. as a green roof. I didn't see any drainage at all, where will all the water want to go in case of rain? Drainage cisterns are needed under the path, the terrace and around the house. Then you also have well water in dry periods. * Overflow can seep away under the path and patio. They are definitely not faster than Germany and there are many more people working much harder for much longer. * So I would definitely never have the tiles, stairs, windows and doors installed by such a rubble troop. * Simple windows are only cheap when you buy them, they are always more expensive in the long run. But the use of concrete pumps and concrete mixers is quite new, isn't it? In other videos they still work like the Egyptians. ⚠⚠I save the video for educational purposes, as a deterrent example of what mistakes should never be made. ☢☢
Giờ sài cửa gỗ là thua vài năm thôi nó nứt nẻ rồi nó bong tróc hết cái lớp sơn bóng nhìn nó bẩn lắm .nhà tui xài gỗ căm xe đi mua mãi bên lào về làm cửa cho nó chắc nó bền ai dè tôi tình sai .giờ gỗ nó gặp trời nắng nó co lại nứt hết trơn .mùa nắng thì nó co lại nó nứt mùa mưa thì nó lở ra nó sệ bản lề không mở cửa được oải luôn tui thấy bây giờ xài nhôm sinfa là ok nhất giá cả phù hợp với dạng nhà phổ thông mà tính ra còn ngon hơn gỗ nhẹ mà ko lo nó bị nứt nẻ theo thời gian .
$1 Million Dollar for this house is a lot. It would be cheaper to build a house like this in Europe or America. Good to know Vietnam is ahead from the west and rest of the world 😂😂😂
