sorry to say but their are many public universities like TU ILLMENAU, university of passau, RPTU and many more who are accepting cgpa upto 2.9. So do not worry just do your full research about universities accepting low cgpa or universities with no cgpa criteria. And then start preparing for other important exams like GRE/GMAT. ofcourse GRE is not mandatory but a good score in GRE will boost your profile. Give IELTS get good band score and then learn german atleast A2 level from india. Or if you have any prior job experience or any internship in related field it will be a plus point. Public universities like TU Munich and berlin or from any big city requires good cgpa. But There are more than 270 public universities in germany, first give your best shot then think about private univerisites. Write a brilliant SOP and motivation letter for universities.
