I am a 33 year old Indian woman living in Canada. I was born in south Bombay but my roots are from Uttar Pradesh Jaunpur. Every summer during my childhood we use visit our ancestral village and also visit Allahabad and Varanasi. During one such trip when I was 12 years old I was so fascinated with understanding Hinduism I read the whole Mahabharata and Ramayana. So whenever I see ranveer so curiously wanting to know everything about Hinduism, I see my 12 year old curious self in him. Watching these podcasts are so therapeutic in a way❤❤❤

Friends, some of you have correctly pointed out that I have mixed the stories of Sri Kaal Bhairav and Sri Veer Bhadra at 1:19:11 Both are forms of Bhagavan Shiva, and both appear from Bhagavan’s Jataa (dreadlocks). However, Sri VeerBhadra appeared at the yagyashala of Prajapti Daksha, and not Sri Kaal Bhairav. Sri Kaal Bhairav was manifest to reduce the ego of Brahmaji. That said, as i mentioned, Sri Kala Bhairav accelerates our spiritual evolution; and is also the guardian kotwal of Varanasi / Kashi. Additionally the comments of the purpose of yagya - for spiritual growth, not material manifestation, remain valid. For those who are interested, there is a magnificent manifestation of Sri Kaal Bhairav Ji at Durbar Square in Kathmandu. If one has an opportunity, one must gain Bhagawan’s darshan at Durban Square and also at Pashupatinath Mandir in Kathmandu, Nepal. Once again, I thank everyone who gently corrected me. It is so crazy that I share the same story as Om Dhumatkar. For me it was my Dad who gave me a gemstone ring and I lost it the same way. I felt bad but after hearing his incident things make sense now.

I had similar experiences during the start of pandemic phase, I’m sure many would have similar experiences. Alone, burnt out, thoughts of suicide, questioning why such thoughts, blue colour, Shiva, breaking down infront of Shiva, meditation, open to spirituality feeling better, more challenges, Krishna, mixed feelings, podcasts, mountain of challenges, facing whatever may come, learning, Krishna, Shiva, not breaking down anymore, staying strong, more humble now, listening to beerbiceps…

I request if you can arrange a podcast that displays the topic of “how blessings and other’s good words affect our growth in life” this will help people become better at not judging and help reduce jealousy among people. Such an enriching session. Om is so humble and has equal respect for all religions. I was very low but after listening to the podcast I felt energised.
This episode has come in such a divine timing for my journey. I love how the concept of manifestation has been explained in a much bigger way. It just breaks all barriers and sort of is the final step in the manifestation journey. Surrender to the divine will of the higher power working through you for the benefit of all sentient beings. PROFOUND. Zen Buddhism also talks about this in Tao Te Ching and its so beautiful. The timing for me is so amazing because I kept falling back into this cycle of control and each time the divine sends me a message in some way or the other to relinquish control and surrender. For me surrender has been such an amazing thing and its due to Bhakti yoga that I understood the sweetness of surrender. I am so happy with this podcast.
Please bring him back... I had almost zero knowledge on these topics but now at least I know something and I want to know more and more. I just watched the two episodes of him in one go. Om Dhumatkar is right on Maa kali . As a person from west bengal i know litterally every house have done kali puja in thier house. Its a sweet form of maa kali we..this form has the allowance to worship her and the name of the for is Shyama kali.
I love this interview. I grew up first generation American. My parents were from Guatemala so I grew up in a strict Catholic household. As you can imagine the hypocrisy of my religion sent me searching for answers. Protestant religions are as bad. I realized quickly that the Abrahamic traditions are not for me so when I delved into the nag haradi texts and all these secret gospels of Christ, I was pointed towards India. Christ himself was disgusted by the hypocrisy in his religion and where did he go from 13 until he started teaching? India. I knew my answers would be there. I am a devotee of Ma Kali and Shiva but it keeps growing to include more divine personalities. Each one teaches me something when I'm open to receiving it. I love India for it's richness in philosophy and divinity. Every path leads to divinity. Please keep teaching the world that there is more to life than acquiring people and objects.

Just check this guy is not tantric or yogi. Very good knowledge. Rajarshi nandy Sir is very higher level tanttic yogi. He achieve lots of experience in very short time. Sharing experience is forbidden. This is only for students. I already done blunder for reading beej mantra. This is attract your mind 24 hours. Find someone who can teach you. Don't find mantra easily available in internet and book. Bhakti and mantra not same. Forget it. I even gone satipith. I see few practioner. Birbhum of West Bengal.

1:19:00 From the Jatas of Lord Shiva, Veerabhadra appeared. Kaal Bhairava's appearance was when Lord Brahma claimed that he was supreme via his 5th head which was taken out by Kaal Bhairava. Then that 5th head stuck to his palm and he incurred a sin of Brahmahatya, and a shadow entity started following him. He got rid of that sin and that entity when he entered Kaashi and since then he is the guardian of that city.
