One of the things that impresses me the most is that you didn't just body build and diet. You rebuilt yourself, I always tell people that they need to regain their explosiveness in every movement. Rebuild that child like ability to roll, jump, bounce up off the floor put the "Snap" back into every movement. Your a great example of it 👏💪🤸♂️

We are built like brothers (Im 67). I have Polska grandparents lol. I am not so explosive but very good on rock climbing and rrack running. Stay healthy you have a beautiful family!
I wish you would tell us more about what you do to stay in shape. I'm 40 and very fit for my age. I'd like to keep that way well past my 60s. Do you have a course or do consultations? I prefer to reach out to older men. I don't take much value with guys in their 20s who have age and less life on their side to keep in shape.
Amazing transformation, you look good before in your before photo for your age, especially compared to other people. I imagine you managed this because you were very fit throughout your life and had the knowledge and muscle memory to do it and of course the mindset. What was your nutrition for your diet for this transformation ?
The problem here is, this man has likely been very fit most of his life… just gained a little belly fat before “transforming”. While inspiring to some, it’s not realistic to the older folks who have not been fit or athletic most of their lives. I am 56, I know better than this. I’d love to see a real transformation at this age.
