I'm still having a hard time with the idea that you distill something to 95% alcohol, then charcoal filter it, then water it down and it will still taste anything like the base ingredient. Potato vodka doesn't taste like potatoes just like Corn vodka doesn't taste like corn... I want to taste it just to validate my thoughts!
