Another thought. I love that there is silence and space in every scene. Most western type films try to counter the void with action, stop the audience from squirming. Here we meet it head on.
I know it sounds too poetic but I can't help seeing this movie as how we live life. How we go through the emptiness guided by prophets who fail....how we are on our own really.
